| Description: | The position is classified temporary/substitute, hours are on an on call as needed basis to cover for absent staff. Requires daytime availability Monday through Friday with hours starting as early as 6:30 am. To assist classroom staff and cooperate in a supportive role carrying out developmentally appropriate activities. To promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and to attend to their safety and welfare. Substitute Teachers also provide coverage as school bus monitors as well as classroom |

| Qualifications: | Post high school coursework in Early Childhood Education/Development highly desirable.
Typically one year pre-school classroom experience or equivalent. |
