| Description: | To assist the teacher and cooperate in a supportive role in pre-school classroom serving children 3 - 5 years of age in carrying out developmentally appropriate activities. To promote the health, nutrition and education of the children and attend to their safety and welfare. Position requires school bus monitoring, physical ability to ride and assist children.
Position options include our full year program, 52 weeks per year, and part year program, 40 weeks per year, both approximately 30 hours per week.

| Qualifications: | CDA (Child Development Associate certificate) or Associate Degree or higher, preference for Early Childhood Education degrees.
Pre-school (ages 3-5) classroom assistant/teaching experience is required, one year minimum is preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desirable.
