Application Process We are a comprehensive non-profit child development program providing early (ages 3-5) childhood education and family services to low income/at risk families. Our program has a strong focus on the continued enhancement of staff skills through training, mentoring and professional development. Locations vary and may include Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, Creswell and Junction City. Positions 20 hrs and over are benefited - health/dental insurance, short-term disability, life insurance, retirement, vacation/holiday/sick leave. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desirable and there is potential for an additional 25 cents per hour wage differential for intermediate to advanced bi-lingual skills.
